Why Can't I Pay For Shipping At Checkout?

The simplest answer is that we want to give you the best price possible. We know... it's a "free shipping" world, but believe us when we say - free shipping is not actually free. We could raise our prices and offer "free shipping". We could even break shipping costs down into tiers and charge a flat rate for each, a rate that we know will cover the cost of your shipping. After a lot of thought we have decided that the best way to save you money is to charge you the exact shipping costs once we know them ourselves. There is no markup, just savings. Having said that we understand if you would like to simplify the checkout process. If you would like to pay for your entire order all at once, including shipping, then we would be more than happy to charge you a reasonable price based on our best estimate.
