Yes! In fact, it’s less expensive for you if you do it all online. Just click on your favorite style and sample and enter your instructions. We will correspond by email and telephone to make sure we get all of the correct information. Once we have designed your initial announcement we will email you a proof to approve or make changes. We can change the fonts and colors on any sample to match your style. We have standard wording or you can individualize it however you would like. You can either email us your photos or upload them on our website. We just need you to make sure they are a high resolution picture. If you prefer we also have the option of you coming into the office and meeting with a designer. This gives you the opportunity to sit down and create your announcement together. If you decide to go that route a $30 charge will be added to your order.
Yes, we actually prefer for you to see a printed proof to check and make sure that the coloring and the photos are exactly what you want before we send them to print. We will email you an electronic preview to you within one business day of receiving your request. If you want to see a printed proof in addition, we can mail you one or you can come into the office to approve it. If you would like you can choose to see your proof on different types of paper, this makes it possible for you to see some different options. We just need you to let us know which paper types you would like to see and how many proofs you will need. This service does cost a small fee. The first printed proof is $5.00, but each additional proof is only $1.00. If you need your proof mailed it is a flat fee of $6.00.
No, we will print however many you need. The price per announcement is less the more you have printed, however there is not a minimum amount you need to order. For costs please see our pricing page, or call us at 801-254-2778.
When you order online, you will receive an electronic preview of your order within one business day. You then have two free change emails that may include as many changes you need so that your announcements will be just the way you have want. Any additional changes will be charged by the hour. Once you have approved your design, we will print your order within two business days, if your order needs to be shipped we will ship it on the third business day. Labor-intensive orders, such as die cut invitations, storybooks or gold foiling, take 7-10 business days to process.
If you meet with a designer in our office you will walk out the door with a printed proof. After the appointment you will have three free change emails that may include as many changes you need. Any additional changes will be charged by the hour. Once we have your final approval on the design, we will print them within two business days. Nobody can print them faster! Labor-intensive orders, such as die cut invitations, storybooks or gold foiling, take 7-10 business days to process. When the order has been complete you can pick it up from the office or we can mail them for the cost of shipping and handling.
You will need to pay a deposit once you are ready to get started with the design. The remaining balance is due when you either pick them up from the office or before we mail them to you.
Yes, you can choose any color you want from the Pantone Color Chart. We have a copy in our office, but if you are designing your announcement online this chart is found on every invitation template page. We can match your wedding colors perfectly!
Yes, we will need a high resolution file, in a pdf format, with a 1/8 inch bleed, ready for print. For any other format or file, or if you have any questions, please call and talk to one of our designers at 801-254-2778.

No, you can have as many photos and use as many colors as you would like. We don’t want to put restrictions on your perfect wedding announcements!
No, we do not charge enough for invitations/announcements to offer free shipping. Shipping via UPS is usually $25-$35 depending on weight, size and location. We can ship them with the US Post Office for less, but are limited by the box size available for priority flat rate shipping. You also have the option to pick them up from our office – even if we have done everything online.
We have been doing design and print work since 1979, but have been focusing on, and specializing in wedding invitations/announcements since 2001.
We are located in Riverton, Utah which is the Southwest corner of the Salt Lake Valley. We are just 12 minutes north of Thanksgiving Point and 15 minutes South of Salt Lake City. Our address is 2120 West 12600 South, #C. The best way to find us is to come from I-15 and take the Draper/Riverton 12300 South Exit and go West until you reach 2120 West which is on the North side of the road behind State Farm Insurance.
